Trofie with broccoli pesto


Ingredients

230 grams dried pasta such trofie, penne or fusilli
250 grams broccoli
1 garlic clove
about 30 grams of pine nuts already toasted
olive oil
salt and pepper

1 1/2 fresh lasagna pasta, ready to cook
2 lettuce heads, cut thick slices
about 200 grams sweet provola cheese sliced
1 packed parmesan cheese ( without 3 tablespoons that you will use for bechamel souce)
1 glass vegetable broth
1/4 shallop finely chopped
1 liter whole milk
100 grams all purpose flour 
50 grams butter
salt
freshly grated nutmeg

700 milliliters hot vegetable stock
7 asparagus - I have only 7 :( from the day before dinner - already cooked
2 tablespoons Marsala wine or white wine
1/2 shallot minced
4 slices bacon -thin-
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons cream
fresh parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon butter

Pasta cooked like risotto with carrots and zucchini




Ingredienti


3 cups of pasta ditaloni rigati
2 zucchini cuts into1/2 inch pieces
2 carrots cuts into1/2 inch pieces
1 shallot finely chopped
small knob of butter
olive oil
parmesan cheese
1 liter vegetable or chicken stock
2 tablespoons white wine as you like

Zucchini and bechamel lasagna


Ingredients

For the bechamel sauce
1 liter whole milk
100 grams all purpose flour 
50 grams butter
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

For the lasagna
1 1/2 fresh lasagna pasta, ready to cook
6-7 zucchini, cut lenghwise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
about 200 grams sweet provola cheese sliced
1 packed parmesan cheese ( wwithout 3 tablespoons that already used for bechamel souce)
1 glass vegetable broth
1/4 shallop finely chopped
olive oil
salt
butter
