Gluten free piadina wraps with chicken e zucchini chips


Ingredienti


250 grams gluten-free flour

130 milliliters warm water
50 grams lard or vegetable shortening
5 grams salt
5 gr di baking powder

1/2 chicken brest

8 cherry tomatoes
3 zucchini
olive oil
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic

Veggies puff pastry dish





Ingredientis

1 roll of puff pastry, circular or squared
2 or 3 medium potatoes cut int small cubes
2 medium carrots cut into small cubes
3 medium zucchinis cut into small cubes
2 eggs
50 g of spft cheese
2 tbs of grated parmesan cheese
milk to taste
olive oil to taste
salt and pepper to taste

2-3 carrots
5 slices ham
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon bread crumbs

200 grams crescenza cheese or fresh creamy cheese 
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese

1 yolk

Pasta cooked like risotto with carrots and zucchini




Ingredienti


3 cups of pasta ditaloni rigati
2 zucchini cuts into1/2 inch pieces
2 carrots cuts into1/2 inch pieces
1 shallot finely chopped
small knob of butter
olive oil
parmesan cheese
1 liter vegetable or chicken stock
2 tablespoons white wine as you like

Zucchini and bechamel lasagna


Ingredients

For the bechamel sauce
1 liter whole milk
100 grams all purpose flour 
50 grams butter
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

For the lasagna
1 1/2 fresh lasagna pasta, ready to cook
6-7 zucchini, cut lenghwise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
about 200 grams sweet provola cheese sliced
1 packed parmesan cheese ( wwithout 3 tablespoons that already used for bechamel souce)
1 glass vegetable broth
1/4 shallop finely chopped
olive oil
salt
butter

3 cups bread crumbs + 1 cup
milk 
4 medium zucchini, shredded
2 beated  eggs
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
pinch of nutmeg
olive oil
1 tablespoon milk if need
