Pork tenderloin with onion sauce


Ingredienti

700 grams of tenderloin pork trimmed on visible fat and silver skin
2 red onions (I used the sweet ones from Tropea)
30 milliliters beer
about 10 slices of good-quality bacon
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons cream
3 tablespoons olive oil 
rosemery
1 glove of garlic
salt and pepper

Sweet and sour pork tenderloin



Ingredients

600 grams of pork  trimmed of visible fat and silver skin

ground spices (pepper, sage,thyme)
orange juice ( 1 orange)
1 orange sliced
flour as needed
1/2 glass of white wine
2 tablespoons of olive oil
