Ingredients
1 lb of pasta ( penne, spaghetti...)
cherry tomatoes
pinch of salt
grated Parmesan
olive oil
Preparation
Throw the pasta in the salted boiling water, following the box directions.
Clean the tomatoes and cut in half, toss them into a large pan with oil.
Let themcook for about 10 minutes.
Drain and toss the pasta into the pan with tomatoes, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with sprinkle Parmesan.
