Cold mezze maniche pasta



Ingredienti

400 grams pasta mezze maniche shape

15 cherry tomatoes cut in 4 pieces
1 mozzarell acheese cut in little cubes
1 small zucchini sliced in thin slices
basil leaves
olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

In a large pot boil lightly salted water. Cook the pasta at the boil, stirring occasionally, until cooked "al dente"( cooked but firm to the bite). Drain,dress with oil ( to prevent to stick) and cool at room temperature covered.
Meanwhile in a bowl put together all the ingredients.
Season the pasta with with the condiment and serve finishing with more oil and some basil leaves
Serve cold .
