Ingredients
170 grams all porpuse flour
170 grams sugar
250 milliliters water
6 tablespoons rice oil or sunflower oil
3 tablespoons dark chocolate powder
2 teaspoons soluble coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 baking soda
1 tablespoon white vinegar essential
1 pinch of salt
powdere sugar
Procedimento
Preheat oven to 180°C and line with parchement paper a square baking pan ( 20 centimeters sides).
In a bowl mix flour,sugar,chocolate powder, coffee, salt and baking soda.
Add the vanilla extract, oil,vinegar and water and stirring quickly to put together the mixture.
Pour the mixture in the pan and bake for about 40 minutes, check with a toothpick if is ready.
Take out of the oven and let set to chill and then cut in little square.
