Fried yolk


Ingredients

egg yolks - 1 or 2 each person
bread crumbs
butter or frying oil

Preparation


Pour the bread crumbs into a bowl.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Be careful to not break the yolks, they must be whole.



Gently cover the egg yolks with the bread crumbs.



Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.



After the 2 hours, melt butter in a pan and, very gently, place the egg yolks in the frying pan.
Using two spoon, turn the yolks and when the yolks are golden, serve them warm with a pinch of salt.
