Ingredients
250 gr of mascarpone cheese
125 gr vanilla yogurt or any yogurt you like
fruit salad: 20 strawberry, 20 blackberry and 20 raspberry (or anu fruits you like) dressed with sugar and lemon, prepared about 1 hour before
1 box of savoiardi biscuits
Some fruits extra for the top of the tiramisù
Preparation
Mix the mascarpone cheese with yogurt. Line the savoiardi in cake pan, add the fruit salad (cover over the biscuits) and then spread the cream over the fruit.
Do another layer of savoiardi, cream and finish with the fresh fruit.
Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before serving.
