Ingredients
100 grams powdered sugar
20 grams soluble coffee
500 milliliters heavy cream
Preparation
Mix together sugar and coffee.
Add to the powders the cream and beat
until well wipped.
Pour the gelato in small cup and place at least for one hour in the freezer.
