Ingredients

350 grams flour

Shape the dough into a ball and place in a large floured bowl. Cover with a plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place ( in the oven with the light on is a good idea) for 1 hour or so, until the dough has double size.

When the dough is ready, Turn again the dough onto a floured and roll out to 1/4 inch thick rectangle.
Brush the dough with the melted butter and sprinkle it with sugar/cinnamon/ginger mix over the top.
With a sharp knife cut the dough in 5 slices. Stuck in groups of 6 and set in pan.
Grease or cover, a loaf pan and stick the pieces in until it's full.
Let rest for 30 minutes more.
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Bake for about 30 minutes.

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
