Whole wheat focaccia





Ingredients

300 grams all pourpose flour
300 gr whole wheat flourams
200 milliliters warm water
100 milliliters warm milk
50 grams olive oil
10 grams sugar
15 grams salt
1 package dry yest
Preparation


In a cup mix water and milk, add the sugar and the yest.
In a large bowl mix the flours, add salt, olive oil and the mix of water, milk and yest.
Combine well all the ingredients togheter and then turn the dough out of the bowl onto a well floured work surface,
Continue to knead until you will have a smooth and well combined dough.
Grease a large bowl with oil and put the dough in it, cover with plastic wrap and let raise until double.
Preheat oven 425°F.
Transfer the raised dough in a large pan covered with parchment paper greased with a oil and press lightly and evenly,
In a cup mix 4 tablespoons of water wiyh 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of salt, then brush the surface of the focaccia.
Bake for about for 30 minutes.
