Sterilising jars is very easy...
Firstly, clean the jars and their lids (washing them in the dishwasher will do) and place them in a pot with a cloth inside it. The clothhelps to prevent the glass from chipping while the water is boiling.
Fill the pot with water until the jars are compeletly overed. Bring to a boil and cover the pot, the wit for 20 minutes.
After the wait, with a pair of tongs take the jars and lids out f the pot and place them upside down on a clean cloth. Let jars and lids dry completely.
