Parmesan biscuits



Ingredients

 300 grams all porpuse flour
8 grams yeast
30 grams parmesan cheese
about 160 milliliters
7 grams salt
seed corn for the coat (optional, but needed if you like crunchy biscuits)
Preparation

In a bowl sift out the flour and add the yeast, water, cheese and salt ( in this order).
Knead all the ingredients until you will have a consinstent and uniform dough.
Brust with oil another bowl and put the dough insaide, let the dough raise until double.
Sprinkle a pastry board with seed corn and tranfer the dough on it, be careful do NOT manipolate it too much. Strech the dough to obtain a rectangle:
Sprinkle the rectangle with ths seed corn and cut into stripes 1 centimeter wide.
Shape the stripes in a bow and placed in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Meanwile the oven reach the temperature, the biscuits will raise.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden
