600 grams flour
380 milliliters warm water
One 1/4-ounce packet active dry yeast
15 grams salt
1 pinch of sugar
Dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm water.
In a large bowl mix the flour with the melted yeast and mix with a fork. Add salt.
Turn the dough in a lightly flowered surface and quickly knead ( not over-knead).
Shape the dough into a ball and place in a large bowl, cover with a plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place
until has doubled.
When the dough is doubled size,
turn it onto a flowered surface and
lightly strech the angles to form a rectangle.
Fold 1/3 of the dough in the center and then
overlap the other part, close like a package. Then fold the opbelow ( you will have like a ball)en part
Let raise for about 2 hours in a warm place.
Preheat the oven to 450°F and when the temperature is ready put the pan with the cover in it.
When the pan is hot, with caution, take the pan and place gentley the dough in it. Cover in place in the ove for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, take off the cover and bake for 10-15 minutes more.
