Light tiramisù (no eggs)


350 grams ricotta cheese
200 grams vanilla yogurt
50 grams powdered sugar
100 grams dark chocolate (50 to 70 %) or chocolate chips
400 grams lady finger iscuits
about 1cup of coffee

In a bowl combine ricotta cheese, yogurt and sugar.
Arrange half the biscuits on the button of a rectangular deep dish and brushthem with strong coffee without sugar.
Cover with half of the ricotta and yogurt cream, level the surface and 
sprinkle with chocolate flakes (or chocolate chips).
Add a second layer of biscuits, brush them with the remaining coffee and cover with the remaining cream. Sprinkle again with chocolate flakes.
Let chill in the refrigerator for about 2 ore before serving.
