Light cake with ricotta and chocolate chips (no butter and no eggs)


Ingredients

250 grams ricotta cheese

190 grams self-reasing flour
60 grams chocolate chips
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt

Preparation


Preheat oven to 350° F.

In a large bowl combine self-reasing flour, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add the chocolate chips and then ricotta cheese.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pan.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
