Almond butter


150 grams almonds (skinned or not)


Place the almonds in a food processor and start pulverizing. It take about 20-25 minutes for the almonds to release their oils. 
Occasionally stir the almonds crumbs with a spoon and scrape downthe sides.
Process until the almonds resemble a thick and relatively smooth butter.
Conserve in the refrigerator in a jar.
