Mini croissants with Nutella cream

                              

Ingredienti

2 sheets puff pastry 
nutella Cream
1 York
2 tablespoon milk
Confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven 400*F.
Roll out puff pastry and cut It into thirds and then cut it in sixths to have 6 small triangles. Do the same with the other sheet.
Spoon some nutella cream in the center of each triangles.
Roll each triangle into a croissant shape and line them on a baking sheet. Brush them with yolk and milk mixture.
Bake the croissants for about 20 minutes or until they puff up and they are golden, checking them.
When they are cold sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
