Clafoutis di more



Ingredients

2 baskets of blackberries 
3 spoons full of sugar 
30 gr flour
125 gr of whipped cream liquid 
3 eggs whole 
1 pinc of vanillina 
-3 spoons of brown or white sugar 
some pieces of butter
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°.
Grease with butter a little oven baking-pan and fill with the blackberries, but holding some space between a fruit and the other.
In a bowl mix the sugar, the flour, the whipped cream, the eggs and the vanillina.
To pour the mixture gotten on the blackberries and to put in oven for about 30 minutes.
To end cooking to sprinkle with the sugar and small pieces of butter.
Bake for few more minutes to caramelize..
