Puff pastry butterfly with peach jam


400 grams puff pastry
peach jam
1 yolk mixed with a tbs of cream or milk

Preheat the oven 400° F.
Roll out both puff pastry dough with rolling pin to have a thin layer.
On a one of them brush some jam mix with 1-2 tbs of water. Sprinkle with sugar and cover with the second leyer of puff pastry dough.
Brush again with jam and water and sprinkle with sugar.
Cut the double layers in stripes 1 and 1/2 centimeters long and 4-5 centimeters wide.

Shape each stripes like a butterfly and brush them with the yolk.
Sprinkle again with sugar and bake untilpuffed up and golden, about 15 minutes.
