240 grams of all-pourpose flour
140 millilitre of water
3 talbespoons of oil (seed oil or sunflower oil)
pinch of salt
Sift flour and salt. Add gradually the milk and water, mixing until blended. Add oil and beat until smooth.
Let batter stand for 30 minutes before cooking.
Heat a pan over medium heat and brush with oil. Pour batter in the pan, turn when is light brown and brown on other side. Serve sweet or savoury.
