Simple bread


500 grams (3-1/3 to 4 cups) white flour
370 milliliters( about 1-1/2 cup) warm water
1/4 compressed yeast
10 grams (2 teaspoons) fine sea salt
1 teaspoon honey


In a small bowl melt in 1/2 cup of water ( from the prepared water in the ingredients)  the yeast with honey and mix.
Place the flour and salt in a large bowl and mix. Add the yeast and the remaining water few at the time, mixing with a fork, until the dough seems to dry a little bit and all the ingredients are mixed.
Place the dough on the oven rack ( covered with baking sheet) and give it a loaf shape. Dust the loaf with flour until all the surface is completely cover.
Let the dough ferment at room temperature, until will be the double.
Preheat the oven 475° F.
Place the rack in the oven and cook the loaf for about 20 minutes or until the crust is brown.
Cool the loaf on a wire rack completely before serving or storing.
