80 grs of cooked ham 
100 grs of walnut-trees possibly skinned 
2 pickles 
80 grs of butter soft 
8 slices of pancarrè

To mince very well the ham with the walnuts and the gherkins. 
To unite the butter and to amalgamate very well.
To cut with form her of it of the biscuits the slices of pancarrè and to stretch you the gotten first sauce.
They are excellent also covered by a light glaze.
