Pesto and ricotta cheese grissini


Ingredients

1 roll of puff pastry squared
100 gr ricotta cheese
2 teaspoon pesto ( or more if you like)
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Preparazione


Preheat the oven 200° C.
In a bowl mix together ricotta cheese, pesto and parmesan cheese.


Place the dough on a surface and devide it into two equal-sized rectangoles
and then into strips 2 cm wide.


Place in the middle of each stripe a little quantiti of ricotta and pesto cream.
Close each stripe and roll them up into twists.
Place them well distant, on a baking sheet covered with oven paper

Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool and serve.
