Beer focaccine (in a pan in 15 minutes)


250 grams all pourpose flour
30 milliliters di beer
100 milliliters warm water
20 grams olive oil
1 teaspoon salt (not full)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast

In a bowl put all the ingredients and mix with a spoon, then continue to combine the ingredients togheter onto a well floured work surface, knead until you will have a smooth dough.
Shape from the dough 10 little balls ( big like an apricot), roll with a rolling pin and punch with a fork.
Haet on a medium heat a pan, then cook 5 minutes side.
