Quickly white chocolate cheesecake

Would you like to taste a easy, quickly and deliciouscheesecake?
Well you need to try this one...Sweet, soft and creamy.


120 grams white chocolate
120 grams creamy cheese not cold from the refrigerator (you can use Philadelphia cheese or mascarpone cheese)
3 eggs
For finishing you can use simply powdered sugar or decorate with jam and fruit as you like.

Preheat oven to 325°F and cover with butter a 20 centimeters diameter pan.
Separate egg yolks from the whites. Mix the eggs white until firm.
Melt into a pot or in the microwave the chocolate and leave to cool a bit.
After cooling, mix the chocolate with the creamy cheese and the yolk and mix well until you get a homogenized mixture.
Add to the mixture 2 tablespoon of white eggs, mix and then add the rest of the albumen, stirring gently.
Pour the mixture directly into the pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 325°F and then for 15 minutes more at 300°F.
Turn off the oven and leave the cake to stand for 15 minutes.
Leave to cool completely and decorate with powdered sugar or with a layer of jam and fresh fruit as you like,
