250 grams pasta (shape as you like)
250 grams smoked salmon sliced
2 tablespoons creame cheese (Philadelphia)
salt and pepper
In a large pot boil lightly salted water. Cook the pasta at the boil, stirring occasionally, until cooked "al dente"( cooked but firm to the bite). Drain,dress with oil ( to prevent to stick) and cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes covered.
Meanwhile cut sliced salmon inlittle stripes .
Season the pasta with smoked salmon,,the cream cheese more oil, salt and pepper and some parsley.
Serve cold .
