Soft panini by Tina

250 milliliters warm water
500 grams Manitoba flour
1 packet active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons salt
75 milliliters olive oil

Dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm water and let rest for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in the bowl of a stand mixer put the flour with salt.
Add in the water with yeast yhe oil and mix very well..
Now add the liquid to the flour and and mix on low speed with the hook attachment. Combine the dough on medium speed for 5-7 inutes until is smooth.

Remove the dough from the mixer bowl and let it rest in bowl dusted with flour and cover it with plstic wrap. Let sit in a warm place until is doubled.
After the rest, cut the dough in small pieces, about 70 grams each. Roll each piece to form a little ball and place them in a baking sheet. Let rest until doubled.
Preheat oven to 360° F

Before cook the bread brush it with milk.
Cook for about 20 minutes until golden.
