Vegan chocolate cake

I suggest, for a better taste, filling the center of the cake with jam or custard.


250 grams of water
230 grams self-reasing flour
30 grams of sunflower oil
20 grams cocoa powder
100 grams chocolate chips
130 grams sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350° F.

In a large bowl combine water, vanilla extract and oil and mix them well.  In another bowl combine self-reasing flour, cocoa and sugar and add to the liquid ingredients.
Add the chocolate chips.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool down before taking the cake out of the pan.
