1 3/4 pounds chicken breast
3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons of orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a large casserole, add the prepared chicken and leave for about 10 minutes.
Add the orange juice and then the teriyaki sauce, then turn down the heat to a gentle simmer and cook for about 5 minutes. Cut into a piece of chicken to make sure it's cooked through.
Add orange zest and serve.
